MiniMax is on LinuxMint

On Mint???

Unfortunately ya. 😦

My trusted Manjaro system lately started acting wonky and threw some inexplicable errors and strangenesses. I guess it’s the Gigabyte mobo, which won’t play nice with Linux. So yesterday I decided to give MiniMax, my desktop computer, a bit of vacation time and installed the universal goodness of Linux Mint on that machine. So here I am on the same system as 99.9% of my readers. Right? I guess it’s only fair not to just talk the talk – but walk the walk. 😐

That’s also the reason why there was no output on my blog yesterday.

Soooo, Mint, right?

Just the standard Ubuntu-based version, nothing fancy, nothing Debian. And with my beloved Mate desktop, not the standard Cinnamon. Apart from that this is as untouched and clean as a baby’s ass. Kernel 5.15? Ancient shit, I know. But werkz fine, all my hardware was detected and installed. And the system is comfy and running fine.

Hah, I know why I recommend Mint for all new users. As I said one can get old on Mint, still use it 10 years down the line and still never fear to be outed as a n00b. 😉 I could get used to this stress-free environment – if there wasn’t this stubborn nagging feeling and fomo the nerdy Archy lifestyle while being tied down on a much too sensible Minty Linux. But for the next couple days I made my home here.

MiniMax in 2021, just went from temporary Mint –> permanent Manjaro. Today he’s back on the Minty goodness.

    • For a toy OS Linux is doing quite right by me, Karmi. Thank you very much. See, after the West’s devastating defeat in client state Ukraine, you’re losing yet another argument. 😐

My dark master Vladimir Vladimirovich listened to me and finally removed the ring from his nose, gave up trying to find any reasonable negotiation partners in the EU/US/UK/NATO/UKR. Gloves are off now.

Oh, and FK you too, and have a happy monday. =^.^=

        • I don’t need to win, you lose by your own doing. I have no Russian cohorts, just proper study of history makes me see the only possible outcome. I don’t know, Karmi, are you deaf-blind? Even your very own WH seems to finally get it: UKR was an expensive experiment – and it failed, like all its predecessors failed before it. From Korea, Vietnam, Iran, countless central- and south American countries where you installed fascist regimes, or tried to.

Now you’re losing the near and middle east, the far east is gone since long. Africa smells the roses as well. Your diplomats are falling on deaf ears everywhere. Countries are lining up to become BRICS+ members. Nobody fears your terror and sanctions anymore.

Don’t fear for Russia, she went through worse. And right now she’s as fit as never before. If I were you I’d worry about America’s future. Alone in the last couple days 2 or 3 US banks went the way of the dodo, your mountain of debt becomes unmanageable and the dollar loses its rank as international currency.

Right, Ukraine isn’t gonna lose. Ukraine has proper lost already. Your 61 gazillion will flow directly into the American military industrial complex – PROFIT! Not for America, only for a handful American capitalists who couldn’t give less fux about your silly country.

          • Your articles:

“Putin went there and got Xi to sign a partnership agreement without telling him that three days later he was going to genocidally invade his neighboring country.”

Diane is wrong/lying. Of course did Xi know what was going to happen. 85% of the planet knew what’s going to happen. Russia’s SMO was inevitable at that time. And it’s neither a genocide nor an invasion. Nuland/CIA/Pentagon knew exactly how Putin would react to their provovations. It was a very well-planned trap – and the Russian bear tripped into it. Unfortunately for the West Putin knew what was up and came prepared.

Blinken’s catastrophical failure to drive a wedge in between Beijing and Moscow made him the laughing stock in intl diplomatic circles.

China laughs about your next set of sanctions, they are installing a new payment system without SWIFT and US$.

            Next article:

“Zelensky Reveals U.S. and Ukraine ‘Working’ on Scheme for 10 Years of Military Aid”

Breitbart aholios … clueless fukkaz! Zelensky has even less time to live than his country. The Donbass front is collapsing as we speak, and with it collapses the morale of the troops, and the politicians are in panic.

  1. Still in denial, oh Queen of Denial, I see. Yeah, now this Blog post’s comment section is back to the old way. WP is trying to force you to a real Block Editor theme—maybe you should bite the bullet.

2/24/2022 Russia reinvaded Ukraine – an escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian War that started in 2014. Today is 5/5/2024. That’s like 2 years 3months since the reinvasion or like 10 years since Russo-Ukrainian War started, and the once mighty Russian military hasn’t won and no signs of winning.

Some 472,140 dead Russian troops, w/ about 1,416,420 of them wounded (many crippled or blind for life), 14,129 combat vehicles lost, 7,354 tanks lost ‘n being replaced w/ stored WW2 tanks, etcetera etcetera etcetera – that is definitely not winning. So much armor and tanks lost that the Russians are forced to use WW1 tactics—wave attacks ‘n trench warfare.

TEST lets see if that works in this comment section…

What are you even talking about? On my side everything looks as always.

      “2/24/2022 Russia reinvaded Ukraine”

Factually wrong, western pseudo reasoning. Not accepted by 85% of the planet.

“the once mighty Russian military hasn’t won and no signs of winning.”

You blind? Or mentally disturbed? Sorry to hear that.

“Some 472,140 dead Russian troops, w/ about 1,416,420 of them wounded (many crippled or blind for life), 14,129 combat vehicles lost, 7,354 tanks lost”

LOL, make that UKR troops and NATO material lost, and we get a bit closer to the truth.

“being replaced w/ stored WW2 tanks”

I’m not a military expert but WW2 tanks would be T-34. Puh-leez, what are you even babbling about? Look at videos from the Donbass battle ground and show me one T-34:

“Russians are forced to use WW1 tactics—wave attacks ‘n trench warfare.”

The Ukros are digging trenches since 2014, around their stronghole villages. Russians haven’t even started yet. Didn’t you yourself just wrongly state that Russia is invading Ukraine? Invasion armies don’t dig trenches, they roll them up, driving the original residents out, occupy them.

You, like most of your blue-eyes compadres have never understood Russias strategy. They are not there to gain surface land (have more than enough of that by themselves), they are only there to force Ukr/NATO on the negotiation table (in the beginning), respectively grind them down totally (the last couple months). Russians are in it to win the war. And they are on the best way to do just that. Multiple villages every day.
