Despite being a permanent shit stain on South Africa’s public agencies I only really shouted at Post Office clerks twice in all my 25 years dealing with the shortcomings of the postal services here. First time I told a clerk “You’re not part of the problem – you are the fukn problem!” before I stormed out of the post office. Second time was just some weeks ago, when I told another clerk in another office “I so hope you and all your useless colleagues will lose your jobs – and never find another one. Because you’re unemployable, the lot of you!”

And now look what happened. 😐
