I have no idea how good Asahi Linux is, and I’m honestly much too lazy to do my due research on that specific topic. I neither own a Mac, nor do I plan to ever do so. And even if I had a Mac I’d run it on its original proprietary operating system. It is good n stuff.
But just so you know, you’re not jailed inside Apple’s walled garden with your Apple M2 processors anymore when you have Asahi Linux.

Yes, Neil, because your old Mac is Intel based. But the new Apple M2 chips aren’t working on Linux at all.
