Stupid, Fat Girl Builds a Computer

… and thx to NZXT’s BLD kit she can!

See?

Building a PC comes to us reasonably quickly at Linus Media Group, but we can’t forget that everyone doesn’t get the opportunity to make a PC every week. So NZXT created the BLD kit as it guides newcomers and families on how to build a PC for the first time! Hopefully, Sarah doesn’t give it the shakes this time.

Sarah is an accountant with LMG, so she’s not primarily involved with hardware stuff. But see how she assembled the machine by just following paint-by-numbers principles. Easy peasy! ^.^

And so can you! Agency, ladies.

  1. Not “Fat” … a tad chubby, but looks great to a 75 year old swamphermit! Good delivery on an excellent idea, i.e. learning to build ‘n work on your own computer. Did watch the video, which I don’t normally do…

Not sure what kit she built, but the “Starter PC $1,099.00” looks like a great price, for what you’re getting – besides the learning lesson.

Intel Core i3-9100F 4-Core 3.6GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX™ 1660 Super, XPG Gammix D10 3000 MHz (max speed) 16GB (2X8GB), and 500GB Western Digital SN550 M.2 SSD ain’t a bad base. Kit plus Lesson for $1,099…not bad at all, IMHO.

    • … and right now are those kits and also prebuilt systems the only feasible way to get your hands on some recent hardware for reasonable prices for many people during the global hardware scarcity.

So not a bad deal methinks.
