Yep, more or less 2 monthes since I installed Manjaro on my freshly updated/upgraded MiniMax PC. And guess what, I like it. Like for realz. As nifty as EndeavourOS is, MiniMax just runs better on Manjo, doesn’t give me any problems *knock on wood 3x* and is just a super delightful operating system to work on. What started as an emergency measure has turned out to be just the better solution. Kool. =^.^=
Though it ain’t real ArchLinux, it does everything I want it to do without being too geeky and full of attitude. I guess I said it before: Manjaro is in the Arch sphere what Mint is in the Ubuntu world. It’s even a bit humble and doesn’t brag about its greatness.
I gotta say it again: All my readers on LinuxMint, and maybe a bit bored with it, please don’t hesitate and try out Manjaro. No fear, it even comes in Cinnamon flavour so there is basically no difference in handling and operation between those two distros. If anything your Manjo version will run a bit smoother. And it will sport much fresher apps and be more fun.
Go here, then download, install and enter a whole new status of adulthood. 🙂 I’m serious, girls! Don’t you think it’s time to evolve? To lift yourself out of the ‘buntu swamp? I think you owe it to yourself!
No need to learn all the terminal commands, no need to become a supergeek. You may use your Manjaro install like any other kitchen appliance. It’s all manageable with GUIs and mousy clickies, same as you know it from Windows and Mint. It’s just that you’ve been lifted onto a higher plane of consciousness and became a celestial being … all in the course of half an hour for downloading and installing the Manjaro ISO. =^.^=
