Corona Diary: Day 341

This will change everything!

Or nothing. Not for us anyways.

Okay, let’s look at the real reality: We’re still supposed to wear masks and keep social distancing. So matter of factly nothing will change when the country eases into lockdown level 1. Not for us anyway. Hubby and me are never out after midnight and we don’t attend religious, social, political or cultural gatherings either. Actually the last time I was out “late” was when I watched fuxn Rise of Skywalker in the cinema. I guess I was home at 9 or 10 pm that night. Whoa! What a naughty girl I am. ๐Ÿ˜‰

But I, the perpetual pessimist, predict that the number of infections will skyrocket as soon as level 1 is in effect. Wanna bet? You know people know no moderation or restraint and have no natural survival instinct. :/ When you give them a permit for a 100 people indoors meeting, there will be immediate mass fuck orgies … with forseeable results. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Anyhoo, having no clue how the alert levels are in your respective countries of residence or in how far you care about any lockdown restrictions, let’s not overdo it, ok? I will go on wearing my mask, I will continue washing my hands and sanitize regularly and of course I’ll try to keep as much social distance as I always do. I hope you’ll do the same!

  1. I have no idea about our current restriction level. I’m content, even happy, to stay in self imposed isolation!

Grades K-5 are supposed to reopen at month end and I’m already dreading the noise (school directly across the corner)… people, cars, school bells, kids squealing, the teacher who’s constantly blowing a military cadence on a whistle (exercise classes?) … ugh!

    • Oh fuk, that reminds me I saw a girl in school uniform entering the complex today. So they must’ve started that shit again. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Death camps for kidz! Only that it obviously doesn’t work that way since kidz are natural dirtbags and virus carriers and can’t be killed by Corona.
