The weather was mostly fine yesterday at our last race day in 2020 and our last races at Eki Tropical Island.
Our misadventurer yesterday was Sanja who got disconnected in both races on the same crossing, but came back and finished both races. Sanja, Lucy, Larry, Moon, and Walthard joined me in the races and Viv, Sunday, Palani and Juicy watched us.

The first start was a bit sleepy today. Only Sanja was totally awake and started nearly perfect. Lucy and i were too early at the line and had to go around…
The awesome start gave Sanja the chance to lead the race until SL decided to take her off the race for a bit. Walt took the lead and was followed by Larry until the end of the race.
With my slow start i saw them all in front of me and i thought it was a good idea for a little video. But well i forgot that i am on the full 30 days testversion and so the video got 1min long. But that slowed my viewer down to nearly Zero. No control was Moons bad luck, because i ran him over nearly completely and well did my 360° for that with the little control i got back sometimes.

I couldnt catch Larry, Walthard and Lucy in a picture finishing the first race, because i was still on the track.

The start of the second race was much better than of the first and saw Sanja again with the best start. She had just the perfect timing on her portstart and passed all of us with full speed.
Walthard and i were fightting right from the start board to board and we both could pass Sanja at the first buoy. From then during the whole 2 laps race we changed several times our positions. Walthard was leading and would have won the race when he got turned around at the last crossing and SL gifted me the win.
Sanja had her second disconnect, came back and followed the fleet into finish.
Moon and Larry had nearly the whole 2 laps an exciting duell as well which ended when Moon went swimming close to the finish.
Lucy sailed between all and could watch most of the duells.

The last race day in 2020 was with the duells during both races one of the most exciting ones we had. Only Sanja got bad luck with ger disconnections.
