It was a silent day on the water yesterday and i bet lot more busy in the clubs for all the Halloweenparties. Yvonne, Lucy and Moon joined me on our B25 course with South East wind and 18knots.

Lucy, Yvonne and Moon got a nice start and i just followed some seconds later. Moon unfortunately had nearly right from the beginning very slow boat reaction times and before he really arrived at buoy 2 he lost cam by the known script errors and gave up.
Lucy, Yvonne and me had a very close race until the Roman boat.

The wreck in combination with South East wind let me always get stuck either in the wreck or at the shallows behind the wreck. While this happened again yesterday Yvonne sailed away and Lucy passed me and started chasing Yvonne.

After buoy 4 Yvonne took the more northern route to buoy 5 while Lucy and i started an exciting upwind duell on the more southern route

At buoy 5 we all 3 came together again and went around the buoy 5 all together very close. From now on Yvonne slowed down unfortunately more and more. She lost more and more of her boat and in the end it looked like this:

The duell between Lucy and me continued all the way to buoy 8 in Dunai Sound, where i finally could pass her and manage to finsh before her. Poor Yvonne was fighting bravely but couldnt catch up again with Lucy and finished third.

Besides the technical issues for Yvonne in the end of the race we had one of the most exciting duells over a pretty long time.
