Race Day 21 with Bandit 25R at TrYC

The race yesterday was a real weird one. Lucy, Dahlia, Nicole and Yvonne joined for on our B25 Course with NE wind and 18knots.

I made a second picture with Yvonne of the boats at the briefing but i couldnt find that gyazo anymore.
The start was clean and all left nicely the Harbor. Near buoy 1 sl started to become weird for Yvonne. She got turned around to the east, a little later she sat one sim further than her boat. Back in her boat she couldnst steer and had to resit. But thats not all, boat started to sail alone, sailed with her into another sim offside the course. In the end she crashed, no chance to control her boat anymore.
Dahlia disappeared after 2/3 of the race and i haven seent her on again yet. Maybe her electricity went down again.

After buoy 2 it still looked like a great race

The rest of the race is short told. Lucy followed me and Nicol followed Lucy… the rest of the race until the finish.

Lucy finishes
Nicole finishes

Shame the race didnt continue exciting as it started.

  1. Bianca, not every race can be as exciting as the Olympic gold medal or world cup finals or sumfink. Sometimes we just have to do our best and somberly collect points with due dilligence, like good girls. And you ladies are good girls, are you not?
