Go away Intel, nobody wants you here anymore!
And here’s one of the first commercial offerings with new and superduper nifty and powerful AMD Ryzen 4000 chips in them:
I know what you’re thinking: You don’t want KDE as your desktop, you don’t live in Spain, and generally WTF? Listen, I’m not a webshop I don’t know anybody working for Slimbok and I don’t get any money for recommending their products. Ok?
It’s just because I’m pretty excited about the new developments in the hardware business. AMD domineering over Intel in nearly all aspects, price and powerwise. And the small Linux boutique shops being the first to sell hardware equipped with the new Ryzen 4000 CPUs. Namely Tuxedo (Germany) and Slimbook (Spain) pioneering the field. I’m pretty sure, System76 (USA) and various other European and global shops soon gonna follow.
I guess it’ll take some time for the big makers to follow suit, while you can have decent Clevo barebones, preloaded with Linux, right now. While I don’t think it’ll make much sense for German customers to buy from Slimbook or for Spanish caballeros to buy a German-assembled Tuxedo computer, for global customers it might be different. LOL, for example this famous Canadian nutter …
Of course is Linus totally, like, stupid here but the lappy is a good one I guess. At least he didn’t publish this pretty senseless video on his main channel. =^.^=
What I think about preloaded computers is commonly known, right?
Laterz kidz, see you on Linux. 😉
