The last warm-up of Ghost in the Shell was still amusing but a far cry off former greatness, no? Thought we seen the last of it?

To be perfectly frank: We all know Motoko is one of the greatest anime characters ever and a bankable property. But, guys, really, if you don’t have any compelling stories to tell anymore, despite changing Motoko’s backstory and retconning the manga and earlier anime movies numerous times, plus making her appear younger and younger and less developed the older the GitS franchise becomes, maybe it’s better to finally send her into well-deserved retirement. 😐
