And today the traffic dept finally issued a licence and certificate of registration. \o/ YAY! \o/

Does that mean Oubaas is now legal?

So I can finally drive him completely legally?

Of course not! I still have to get a roadworthy certificate … and only then I can go and get the shit registered and issued a licence disc. And then I can drive legally and receive parking and speeding tickets and pay all the fines. May only take some more weeks.
