This week we tried two courses in Ursula Bay, in the immoral continent of Zindra. Advantages: nobody else sailing there and lag almost zero. Unfortunately only three racers appeared. I would love to have more people. Anyway was a good experiment, when only Nihi crashed in first race. I do pretend to do this once a month, other races will stay in Triumphal, as usual.
Paul won both races, CONGRATS!
First race was a new course designed by me, a simple go-and-back course, in 2 laps. Wind was West, at 21 knots:

What a great idea, Lucy, to take the races on a world tour. \o/ Remember when I did it in 2013? Was fun and many of the sailors got to know new sailing ares they never sailed in before. I guess we had a race in Ursula Bay as well … oh yes, here:

The M-24 is a much faster boat than The Shields, so of course I could design longer courses. And with long courses come more crashes, particularly back in 2013, when the grid wasn’t as stable as it is today.

Sure I remember. This was the first race I made ever. Of course, I was one of the crashed ones 😛

Eventhough most of us crashed, we had to try it, Lucy. We just had to. My plan for the M-24 World Tour was indeed to tour the whole world. So of course Zindra was one of the stages, as well as the former teenie continent and Jeogeot and Bay City and Gaeta V and the Fruit Islands and and and …
