So, this ain’t a Linuxy thing at first glance but a useful development for updating the firmware on your Lenny ThinkPads when you have Linux as your OS installed. This is admittedly a rather rare occurance I guess. I mean how often do we need to update our computer’s firmware? Once, maybe twice in its lifetime? But since I think many of us are firmly settled and happy with Lenovo’s professional hardware, this might be a worthwile development, right? And useful for the small elite amongst us who listened to Orca’s expertise and are on Lenovo ThinkThings.
