Lemon Tree, Very Pretty?

DSCN1144

This shrub we bought like 3 years ago for millions of money as a ‘lemon tree’ and it was nothing but a big disappointment for us ever since as it was just a pfff green thingy and not all sensationally pretty or so.

But this year for the first time it blooms! \o/YAY!\o/

Yay?

Okay I see some flowerthingy there. One could even say it’s kinda pretty. But what I don’t see is a fukn lemon!!! And isn’t that why we bought that plant in the first place? So we always have enuff lemons for healthy vitamins n stuff?

Is there any chance for us to ever end up with our very own lemon plantation*? Captain Lucy?

  2. The flowers are consistent with lemon’s: https://www.google.com.br/search?q=lemon+tree&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiH_Jm0hLHJAhURr5AKHRAzBVcQ_AUICSgD&biw=1440&bih=804#tbm=isch&q=lemon+tree+flowers

I have no experience with citric fruits (but that I love to add an orange leaf in the tea for flavour), this way I cannot say anything more to help you. Anyway seems that soon you’ll have your first homegrown lemons, congrats 🙂
